I was in an accident in March 2021 that totaled my car when the other driver ran a red light. After recommendations from my mom and sister (both used their services after they were in separate accidents), I called Denena and Points the next day. They made dealing with all the aftermath so much easier and I was able to focus on recovering. They did all of the leg work with the insurance companies as well as obtaining and getting reductions on my medical bills. They are very professional and efficient. 100% recommend their services.

Vanessa was extremely communicative, answering all my wonderings, and when more clarity was needed, she hopped on the phone and walked me through the process.
