We retained Atty. Aileen Ligot Dizon to create a family trust, living will and testament as well as Durable and medical power of Attorney. She was referred to us by our accountant. We were impressed with her professionalism and demeanor. We felt that all our concerns were promptly addressed and she did not mind having to make last minute multiple revisions in the documents. We did not feel rushed at all. In fact, we felt that the attention given was way beyond what was required. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the creation of the documents were done in a systematic and organized fashion. It is refreshing to meet an attorney who is down to earth and empathizes with her clients. We got ourselves a great keeper for a lawyer.

The settlement of my case through Pines & Gold was 10/10. Cynthia & Leslie were just awesome to work with. I think 1 star is generous. Nancy claims she cares about you and your situation but her work load conflicts that and you are simply just a number to her. I could only talk or text her after hours and I had to pop up at the office to get an answer and 9/10 times me showing up to the office was the only reason I got an answer or actually initiated progress being made. I waited 2 years for a ZOOM CALL and got nowhere. The first meeting with the AG I had to talk bc Nancy started talking about her grandson instead of pleading my case, so I stepped in and had to take over and talk for myself! Nancy tried to have the meeting while she was in the car but the judge made her wait until she finally made it to the office. Nancy is a wreck due to her workload. I hired Nancy for custody and she talked to my child's mother way more than she talked to me. Very bad communication. I never knew what was going on! When I asked her why things arent done, she always blamed it on her assistant. It seems that if Nancy even thinks about you she is going to charge you for that too. It's crazy I did not expect this type of service after reading about her. I will be moving forward as necessary. What a waste of 3k!!!!

Atty. Dizon is very thorough and takes her time to answer and explain any questions I have. She is readily available most of the time and is kind enough to respond to my inquiries even after hours (NOTE: I've worked with other lawyers in the past and she's the ONLY one thus far who accommodates client needs on after hours -- specially and/if ONLY on urgent matters). She's perceptive and compassionate to her client's need and will do to the best of her abilities to grant client's needs/requests. I'm very pleased to have known and worked with Atty. Dizon. I strongly endorse her as your attorney.
