During my over 30 years serving clients in Houston, Mr Jacobus has been a graceful rational advisor putting the client first and always resulting in reasonable satisfactory resolution of any issue.

Wow! I am amazed that Avvo shows this man without industry recognition. He is known to be THE real estate attorney in Texas, among real estate agents. He literally wrote the book (larger than a Sears catalog!) on real estate law and regularly teaches our Legal classes. Even so, he is usually quite accessible by phone.
