I had a mixed experience here. Initially I was very pleased with the staff and the process, and ultimately my divorce was resolved in a timely manner. However, although it was a very simple uncontested case (no kids, no assets, no home, etc.), my lawyer made an error in my paperwork which resulted in about $370 of charges I would not have had to pay if it had not been for that mistake. While it isn't a huge amount, for a struggling single person it still makes a difference. I am grateful that my divorce is finalized but overall I wish the firm had been more upfront and honest with me, or at the very least not charged me for their mistake. Update: I was able to get a refund for the mistake and clarify the miscommunication that occurred. Grateful for that!!

The ALP Law Firm was a first time experience for me using their services. Unfortunately, due to life's circumstances, I found myself in a place where I needed some immediate legal advice and action. Honestly words will definitely fail me to describe these dedicated, smart, intelligent and professional group of lawyers and paralegals they have in this law firm. For more than 6 years my son's have been denying me access and possession of my son even though we have joint custody, I've retained different lawyers from different law firms to help me and represent for motion to enforce so I can see my son but none of it has been successful. Attorney Green was great and helped me during my divorce. Being a full time student/mom/working on days I was not in school, my time was very limited. I preferred virtual/email/phone communication during my divorce process and she was very accomodating. I love the online portal used by her office, it is easy to understand and I was able to post any questions/concerns/documents during the time I was free (typically at night) and had a response from her very fast. Attorney Green is very professional, communicates effectively, understands your concerns, and is there for you to assist with anything.
