If I could give zero, I would. When I came into their office, Elena Bueno was confident they would be able to help me and even showed me framed mementos from previous won cases. I began my case with their support around end of 2021. It is now October 2022, and I called to get an update and she told me they terminated representation. Now, the statue of limitations passed and I can no longer do anything about it. I never received an email nor a letter notifying me of updates or termination of representation. They are very unprofessional, and I lost thousands of dollars they were supposed to help me get back. Horrible communication on their part.
