My sister and I were working with Mr.Joel Norris and I must say it was the most relaxed and reassuring experience we received. We contacted Mr. Norris not knowing that we would experience such professionalism. He was available no matter what it was. He walked us through the entire process. Finding out that our father had passed was hard enough, but learning that someone was trying to take what rightfully ours was very frustrating. But Mr. Norris went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to lift a finger. He carried complete confidence from beginning to end. He was honest,upfront and detailed.
