Ms Bueno’s assistant Ashley is very rude. when i first seeked the firm , Ms Bueno asked for proof a CT scan of diagnosis. had to make several calls and sign documents to release and then i ubered to pick it up from hospital and then uber again to give them in the office. So Ms Bueno said she is not comfortable taking my case which i totally understand but her assistant Ashley refused to give me my CD back and denies she ever saw it. I emailled Ms Bueno multiple times and she doesn’t respond. Very unprofessional and took them more than 6 months to just show my case to the expert and get back to me. Very rude staff.
