Stay away from her. She ruined my husband’s case. We had an easy case and she did things wrong, now we have a very complicated case. He supposed to adjust in about a year. Its being 8 years of trying and nothing. Now my life can be ruined thanks to her. If I could sue her, I would. But they always protect themselves with all the paperwork that make you sign. Waiting an hour an a half just to be seen. Before any of this my mom had already been treated less than ideal, she called from Mexico and that’s all these people could focus on, they thought since she wasn’t here she had no way to pay, that’s all they cared about. Years ago my family hired them for my dad (which btw lost the case and my dad got deported anyway). I was trying to get any records or information they had, gave me empty promises of sending it to me, but after several calls back and forth we ended up finding out that they didn’t even have anything anymore. This has been a really big waste of time. I had to drive an hour and a half to be there just to be kept waiting ANOTHER hour and a half! I have yet to see wether they’re effective or not but based on my dad’s lost case and us having to leave to Mexico and wait for me to turn 21 I have very low expectations. I’m literally only here because my mom wants this, I’m getting ready to make her change her mind, this whole experience is very upsetting. Edit: I forgot to update, Martha basically told me I was wasting my time and all she could do is try, but she was more than willing to take my money of course. I went to another law firm in Beaumont, not only is it closer to home but they actually treat me with seriousness and respect. Which is highly appreciated, Wendler is the name if anyone wants to give them a go.
