Pésimo servicio nunca te actualizan de tu caso y tú tienes que estar llamando siempre y solo una vez ala abogado y te pasan con puro asistente pero eso si para cobrar son buenos 😡🤬

Not the best service went to her for an honest opinion about my case she lied and didnt even seem to care about my case it just went down until I was just seen by an assistant of an assistant. Horrible service if I could give it negative stars I would.

Terrible. Despite providing Mark Weycer with the other drivers insurance info, name, phone number, after six months with my case, he still hadn’t spoken to her, when I asked him why, he replied, “I don’t have her number.” I was stunned, I’d given it to him along with everything else the first day I met him at his office and signed the contract. So, I sent it to him again, that day. An attorney? Can’t bother to find a LISTED PHONE NUMBER? Over a year later, we finally had a deposition between my insurance co., and the defendants’ insurance co., Mark told me he was quite confident that after that meeting we should have the settlement shortly. Many months passed again with no resolution, so I called Mark, asking,”What Now?!”, and he started talking about the deposition, and commented it was unfortunate that my insurance company, USAA, had not had their representative there, and I said “WHAT? Yes she was there! She had blond hair and was sitting about 6 feet away from you the entire time!” And he said, “Oh? She was?Huh”. OMG, at that point I realized I was screwed, but had waited so long already, and really needed my settlement. I didn’t want to start over with another Atty and wait all over again. I regret that decision entirely. I should’ve fired him the day he said he didn’t have the other defendants phone number. STUPID ME, and he took advantage of that. He didn’t care about my case in the least. It took well over TWO YEARS, months of silence from Mark and his firm, many calls from me asking “what are we waiting on now?”, given the dumbest answers by Mark and staff, and in the end, Mark made MORE than I did, on a 30k settlement. This was how simple my case was: I was rear ended, the defendant agreed that she hit me, on a clear and sunny day, no other cars involved. I stopped to observe a red light, before turning right/north through the light, to check for oncoming traffic coming from the south when, WHAM! The driver behind me hit me. We both pulled over, exchanged insurance information, she apologized, admitted she didn’t think I would stop before turning right at light, and had accidentally hit me. I was very sore and felt awful, previously, Texas had PSA’s saying, “Unless you or someone else are seriously injured, or vehicles are not drivable immediately after a car accident, DON’T CALL FIRE DEPT/POLICE/EMS,. Get insurance info and leave”, their reason- many subsequent accidents caused by other drivers rubber necking at first minor accident, causing MORE accidents. I immediately called my insurance company, and my company to report the accident, and my doctors office. We didn’t have a police report because of the above Texas PSA’s telling drivers not to (FYI-IGNORE THOSE-GET A POLICE REPORT, even if it’s for someone bumping your car mirror!). But in my case, it didn’t matter AT ALL, because the other driver admitted she hit me! Was never a question! My insurance co, company and doctor alllll had records showing I’d called them the day of accident. What a total scam. It actually got worse, and more of a scam. Bottom line-Mark’s unprofessional and, ”do nothing for months” behavior resulted in a terrible settlement for me, made worse as my case dragged on for years-do not ever hire Mark Weycer as your attorney.
