I hired Skillern Law firm for a custody case with two children. John Schmude was assigned to my case and his performance was exceeded expectation. His knowledge of the law, meticulous detail with legal documents, mediation capability, and preparedness for court ended in a victory for my case. He demonstrated a “real world” understanding of my situation as a father in a high conflict divorce and handled many unrealistic demands and accusations flawlessly. My case ended in full custody of my son and I am grateful for the professionalism and legal representation Mr. Schmude provided with flawless execution.

John Schmude did an excellent job on my child support case. He was an attentive listener, and provided feedback about important details throughout my case. After almost three years of legal battles and drama and multiple attorneys, we found John. He came in, made the complex simple, cut through the drama and nonsense, took quick action on my behalf, and stood his ground. John Schmude was an answered prayer for our family. I contacted him when my situation seemed hopeless. He took the time to listen to every word, and immediately came up with a game plan to help us. His office (Skillern Law Firm) is run like a well oiled machine, and after one conversation with him I was well on my way to getting a retrial...which I didnt even know was an option!!! His office, within an hour had completely changed my situation! If it were not for the fact he had presided over my case, I would have hired him...unfortunately he was not able to take the case for me. I highly recommend this lawyer that is also a former Judge. He really cared about my granddaughter and my case. He is a man of great family values and morals! He’s very down to earth and easy to talk to. He put his heart and soul into my case. Even though Sonja Heath did not rule in our favor because she obviously doesn’t care about the safety and well being of children, I can honestly say that John Schmude did everything that he could to protect my innocent granddaughter. I would highly recommend him as a lawyer and as a judge. He will definitely have my vote and I will definitely campaign for him In the next election. I do not recommend voting for democratic Judges after my experience with Sonya Heath. Vote Republican all the way!!! The actually care about families and children. They actually have morals and values unlike democratic Judges that are for criminals, welfare, and abortions! Give John Schmude a call today! I promise you won’t regret you did!

Someone said the other day, that I have a great lawyer! My response to him was YES I DO!! He is worth more than the money that I paid him!!!
