I called this attorneys office for questions about my personal injury claim status, and everytime I call to check up on it, a woman named Bianca Jimenez answers the phone and is very attentive to my questions. I like that she goes out of her way to search for my information and makes sure that all my questions are answered. It sounds like she really cares for others, and her communication skills are great. THEY REALLY TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES WELL.

I had never used a lawyer before. A friend referred me to Ms. Patrick. It was a wonderful experience. She listened to me and took my case. I didn't have all of the money to pay upfront but she still took my case. Even when I wanted to give up she never pressured me but professionally guided me through the process.
