What an honor to be able to rate Marian Rosen. Marian represented my sister in two very complicated nursing home cases. Words cannot describe the level of care, professionalism, compassion, persistence she gave to our case. Because of her competency and commitment she took our case to places I never thought possible by discovering layers of wrong doing. She could have easily settled the case and told me that was all we could expect. However she took it to the very end of it's course. I had the pleasure to meet other clients and my treatment was not unique - everyone was treated with the same exemplary qualities that few lawyers possess. I have yet to meet another attorney like her and when I hold other attorneys to her standards I'm repeatedly disappointed. If you have been given her name as a choice for an attorney consider yourself fortunate and blessed because someone cared enough about you to want the best for you. You are in the best of hands.
