Last May I had a client who had a custody matter. We mediated the case. Then the mother stated she was under duress and her lawyer filed to vacate the Mediated Settlement Agreement. The Judge stated we had 2 days to write a brief about whether the agreement should be upheld. Scott helped me make that deadline. HE was the lawyer that the mediated settlement agreement case that is the law in the Texas Supreme Court. How amazing is that! Before my wife and I contacted Scott Rothenberg in November of 2014, opposing litigants obtained a half-million dollar judgment against us and our closely-held family business.
