I have nothing but good things to say about Mr.Riley and his assistant Victoria. They would ALWAYS answer my calls and keep me updated with my case. Mr.Riley was able to get my case dropped really quickly before it went to court. I called Mr.Riley in need of help while he was home with his family and he spent almost an hour talking to me giving me the run down of what could happen and agreed to meet me the next morning to start helping me. That meant a lot to me. He was gracious enough to help me with a payment plan as i wasn’t expecting to deal with what i was dealing with. Mr.Riley was so professional and was focused on helping me. I honestly would recommend him over anyone else.

Shannon and staff are exceptional. If you want professional and personal assistance, this is the place to go. When you call, you talk to your attorney or his paralegal. Mr Riley is a man with great integrity and kindness!! I contacted him regarding a case and he spent at least 45 minutes on the phone doing research and discussing options and explaining everything. I haven’t had that with any lawyer I’ve ever contacted. In the end, he said he was glad to help but that he didn’t want to take my money when he felt the case was a losing battle. I called Shannon Riley after getting in some trouble. When I called I was very scared but Shannon spent an entire hour and a half with me on the phone explaining the processes and possible outcomes which gave me tremendous reassurance. I called a few other lawyers but they came off as cold and uncaring. Shannon’s fees were very reasonable so I hired him. He took care of everything for me and eventually, 2 of the 3 charges were dropped! All I was left with was a small fine. I am very grateful for him and I’d recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a bad situation.
