Busy, applying is not working because you won't get assistance

ATTORNEY BRANDY HOWARD missed her appointment with me for (Jan. 15th 2021 at 10:00 A.M.) and ONLY called back like 10-15 minutes later (after I called 3 times to see why BUT STILL was never able to reach anybody/ AND then sent an e-mail to the Mrs. Harley the intake officer to let them know I would be filing a BODA report and filing Federal Lawsuits against this facility and all parties involved. This is a State facility that is supposed to HELP disabled persons regarding legal matters that they may be facing.) Her excuse was that she had a family matter that she was attending to right at that moment which was more important. (IT WASN'T and You know that BRANDY, because you told me what the reason was..!!) Attorney BRANDY HOWARD, if you CANNOT even dedicate your time to the job when you are on the clock working for the State of TEXAS, why are you working here BRANDY? YOU missed the appointment for 10:00 AM, NOT me!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL of Attorney Brandy Howard. Also: I CHOSE NOT TO TAKE your legal services and that was specified on the phone BUT YOU put on the paperwork I received a few weeks later to explain why my case was CLOSED 'that your office DID NOT have enough staff' WHICH IS complete BS and YOU know it.!!! (Attached TWO photos this). Although YOU said on the phone that I would have ACCESS to legal counsel that could help me with different civil cases or cases that needed to be addressed in District Court). THAT IS FALSE, INACCURATE information YOU provided on legal paperwork sent to me, I spoke to another office handling management of the legal services and they said YOU DIDN'T do the procedure right. I was supposed to be given a 'WITHDRAWAL' form which you FAILED to do. WHY are YOU working HERE???!!! THIS IS ILLEGAL what YOU DID.!! Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL of Attorney BRANDY HOWARD and hope this doesn't ever happen to anyone else seeking counsel through THIS Legal Aid Office of Belton, TX. I HAVE filed a BODA report with the Chief Disciplinary Counsel on BRANDY HOWARD and rightfully so. AM I WRONG Counselor HOWARD?? NO. I WILL NEVER seek legal counsel again from any Lone Star Legal Aid Office in the State of Texas ever again because of how all this was handled. Extremely AWFUL experience and VERY concerning if this is what disabled people have for legal representation within Bell County.. VERY SAD and UNFORTUNATE. THIS LAWYER SHOULD NOT be working for this office If this is how SHE IS GONNA act. Plain ILLEGAL behavior on her part to falsify information on STATE documentation. What's WRONG with YOU Attorney BRANDY HOWARD..!!!!

These folks are amazing. They do so much to help the community and with so little. Their response time was same day and this on several different occasions. They all listen, from the person doing the intake to the legal assistant to the lawyer. They provided me with information about my rights pertaining to my problem and advised me about what my next steps should be. Thanks, Lonestar Legal, for all that you do!

Love this store! It has a ton of choices in almost all thing oriental. Not only do the have a ton of good options but they also have a lot of house hold items to choose from.
