I wouldn't suggest this firm. Right out of the gate, the paralegal was very dry with her communication via email. She had no tact and no email etiquette. All her emails were one-liners. The first email was "do you have a court order?" The second email was "Contact an attorney there"... I went on to explain I just need guidance and legal advice. Her last email was "contact someone there." I don't need someone to be bubbly but sure would like some respect from one person to another. This firm was actually recommended to me but my first interaction was not at all pleasant. Update: I was contacted by the firm after I posted this review and the paralegal was apologetic for the sharp responses.

Run!!! This law office is only money hungry. The secretary is rude always whether speaking to her in person or on the phone. Barnhill will convince you that will do the best to represent you to the fullest. What a joke he is? The firm refused to give me my file from my divorce. Keep your money these people is a waste.

Now this is a great Law firm. If your in need of a lawyer and a law firm that truly cares.

Although the firm kept me somewhat up to date on my property tax situation last year, I got the feeling that not very much effort was made in fighting to get my property value negotiated down. I had so much hope in hiring this firm to protest my property value. I was told to fill out a form for the homestead exemption, which the law firm would then file for me. I never received any status as to the whether or not the form was actually filed or accepted by McLennan County. I actually tried to reach out recently to try & find out if the exemption was applied to out property but, I was pretty much ignored. No one ever called me back.

The Barnhill legal team gets the job done! Everyone at the firm is always nice and knowledgeable when it comes to issues. Mrs. Jean, Sherry, Susan, and Byron are all great at what they do. Everyone put my mind at ease and that made me trust them even more. If you want a team that shoots it to you straight, I highly recommend this law firm!

I've had Craig set up multiple documents for me within the last year. One was a Series LLC for rental properties and the other was a last will and testament. What can I say ? He does great work and is super easy to work with. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend.
