I've tried to resolve my issue with Mr. Barnhill outside of public means but he refuses to answer certified letters sent to his office. I hired Mr. Barnhill last year to protect myself and my business during my divorce. Long story short... my ex-wife ran all over him and myself. I paid Mr. Barnhill close to $8k and received horrible counsel which lead to my self and my business to suffer. Even during a meeting with the opposing attorney... the other attorney basically said Mr. Barnhill was a fool for allowing a certain situation to happen. I will be filing a complaint with the State again Mr. Barnhill and his firm. ***DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY***

If you need a firm who knows what they are doing, this should be your first and last stop. We do not have just an attorney is very knowledgeable and shoots you straight, but an entire team. The paralegals, the office staff, and new attorney who shadowed Mr. Barnhill, never wavered. I could not have been more pleased and recommend this firm to everyone. Your questions are always answered, and they tell you exactly what they need from you (homework). They are alwaysavailable, even at the end of the day if something comes up last minute, and never make you feel like a burden.

Excellent communication on every step of the process, keeping me well informed of what my options were and what was going to happen. Resulted in both charges getting dismissed and successful completion of PTI which allows me to get the case expunged early. Thank you so much!
