Janet says the right things, but once you pay her she won't do the work either because she doesn't know what to do or maybe because she's too busy? I had to consult other lawyers on my own dime and then tell her what paperwork to file. She couldn't manage to close probate in over two years (seriously!) and I finally had to hire another lawyer. Janet stalled over three months on signing off her contract so I could hire a new lawyer. I paid her over $5,000. She literally charged me each time I had to tell her to do her job. Please beware of her sales pitch upfront.
