We needed to update our will (it had been over 25 years) and we had moved to town from out of state. After checking out reviews and placing a few phone calls we chose McCammon Law. They are professional and thorough. We were pleased with the process and how Shawn and his team explained everything to us. They helped us determine what we needed to best meet our needs. I have nothing but good things to say about McCammon & Murray. I moved to Texas recently and have a somewhat complicated personal history with children from previous marriages and a life partner. I was concerned that under Texas law my wishes would not prevail upon my death. Covid is of course giving many of us reason to contemplate our mortality.
McCammon & Murray, specifically Shawn McCammon, prepared a living trust that took care of all my concerns. Having done wills with similar provisions on both coasts, I found the cost very reasonable. And it was done quickly.
