Do not use Cole Title Company stay away from them they are as ignorant as the day is long, they do not know what they are doing. Not only did my loan officer have to call them to straighten out things but my Bank top officials had to call them to tell them how to close our loan. How stupid can this be????? Any do not let the reality companies in Fannin county tell you to use COLE TITLE COMPANY unless you want the worst experience in your life, they are all in bed with each other. I usually use Kincy out of Greenville professional and fast. Stay away from using Cole Title Company

My experience was extremely professional and timely. The complete staff are very friendly and want to be sure they have met all my expectations. I highly recommend for any and all your title needs.

Poor service, even poorer communications, and finally even poorer response to my calls, letters, e-mails concerning issues I was having. I would suggest using a Sherman title company and avoid Cole TItle Co.
