I sought attorney services with Myles Porter after I was arrested in June 2010 for DWI with open container and Possession of a Dangerous Drug. I Hired Myles because he was the former DA of Fannin County and I knew he was well respected in the judicial community. I am so glad I chose Myles Porter as my attorney. He negotiated well on my behalf and was able to get the DWI dismissed breaking down the DA's case one step at a time and left no stone uncovered. The breath analyzer didn't work because it malfunctioned, no video because it malfunctioned, no 911 witnesses and no 911 video recording. In the end Myles told the DA we were going to take my case to trial and WITHIN 3 hours of Myles meeting with the DA, the DA decided to totally dismiss my DWI charges. One important point is I submitted at the time of arrest a blood toxic screen so with the evidence the DA had made my case more of a challenge for Myles. By the time I walked into court, I was confident knowing Myles had already arranged a great deal for me regarding the Possession of a Dangerous Drug and my fine was a mere fourth of what it would have been without having anyone other than Myles Porter by my side as my attorney. He saved my life, not just my professional career by fighting for me until the end and getting this DWI dismissed. He Listened to my request in the beginning and knew in the end I wanted him to do whatever he could to get this DWI removed and how important it was to me. I felt Myles genuinely cared about my case as if he was fighting for himself or a family member and not just another client.
