I filed for a divorce in 2018 using this firm. Originally, my ex was not going to fight me, so the divorce was supposed to be a smooth process. But they sat on my case for a year which gave my ex-husband ample time to argue the divorce which resulted in a requirement for mediation. Now, 3 yrs later, in 2021, my ex hasn't been paying child support and due to the vague terminology used in the divorce decree it is unenforceable in court. This firm took $5k and gave me an unenforceable, vague decree which left me struggling for the last 2 years to get the child support I desperately needed from my ex. I've had 2 attorney's and a judge look at the decree from this firm and could do nothing but shake their heads in disbelief.

This law firm gave my boyfriend the run around about an issue for almost a year that we resolved on our own by calling the court. they are rude, liars, and not worth the time. please go else where! do not waste your time with these people.

Mr. Coufal defended my son against a false allegation. He believed in my son's innocence based on the facts of the case. He was dumped this case by an inept public defender. Once the case got in his hands, things moved quicker and we had hope. He won!!!
