Very disappointed with my case. When i first called Herman and Herman in Brownville, Tx. My case went to Corpus Christi and told the lady who answer the phone that i lived in Harlingen. She ok we can take care of it. This case was brought to them in June. I would have to call them to find out want was going on. There were times I would call and get no answer. So I found call the Brownville office. They would try and they wouldn't get and answer. I would email and it would take some time before I would get a reply. When I did talk to someone they would ask questions like they didn't know want what's going on. It was poultry poisoning from a sandwich. I was in the hospital 4 days, before they figured out what was wrong with me. One of the times I called I explained it again I told him that the surgeon and the person who did the blood work said it was from poultry. Today I called to see where my case was at and the lady informs me I sent out a letter on the 9th to let me know I could not find any evidence. So they couldn't call me and let me know. I really feel like they did not do anything for my case. When other time I posted a review and it wasn't a good review call to me right away the Brownsville office. Got the letter from Herman &Herman in Corpus Christi on September 27 when they said it was mailed on September 9. New I got another certified letter went to post office to get it. They are horrible and I would not recommend any of their offices.
