If I could I would give zero stars. Horrible service. They never return your calls. My son has been incarcerated for more than 8 months on a POM and Failure to appear. His last court hearing was in June 2021. We are now 2/2/22. I was given the run around every time I called for my son's case. They blamed the District attorneys office for not setting up a court hearing for my son. I HAD to call the court house to complain and I was able to get a court hearing set for my son without the Gracia Law Firm after 8 months!!! Then and only then Noe Gonzalez calls me to tell me they have a court hearing set for my son AFTER I called the court and had it set for him!!! No one should have to spend more time in jail than they should because they have a probono attorney!!! No one should get lost in the system because they can't pay to get out!

I was sent to jail in Harlingen, Tx for 2 thefts and Pretrial Services in Brownsville, Tx assigned Gracia Law Firm to represent me for a Class A Felony and Class B Misdemeanor thefts. And I am happy to say that they represented me in court at Cameron County Courthouse in Brownsville, Tx and also at the Harlingen Police Department. And I was given probation without it being on my record. So that being said this is how Gracia Law Firm represented me and I'm GRATEFUL that this won't be on my record. All I have to do is comply with my probation officer to have a clean record again. So if you need a good law firm. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gracia Law Firm.

This is firm sucks. They keep rescheduling my court date. The lawyer was trying to force me to accept the DAs deal which didn't favor me at all. Why would I need a lawyer if they were just gonna lay down and let the system screw me over. Said I'd go to jail if I didn't agree. They're trash just looking to make money not help people

Honestly, the best experience I've had with a law firm. I traveled from halfway across the country for my hearing, just to be late. But Mr. Gracia went along and went to work for me and got my case dismissed anyways, while i wasnt there. The staff is super friendly, beyond what I would've expected. Highly recommend!
