This man is a wonderful lawyer I would suggest hiring him for any real estate issue or any problems you may be in. Also he's the mayor of of the town.

Great Law Firm

Mr. Haynes always listens to my questions and makes suggestions. He was my parents' lawyer, so I know he is a man I can trust to steer me in the right direction.

Greeted by a friendly staff when we walked in and asked about coffee and such. Mr Haynes came out himself and showed us to the office. He asked how he could help us and then took down the necessary info very friendly and courteous the whole time. After he made sure everything was understood and if we had any questions he let us know approximately when everything would be completed. Great experience from start to finish. Will definitely use them in the future if I have need. A+

Michael Smith talked a good talk said he was going to take care of everything said go to work not worry about it I’ll take care of everything we told him what we wanted and he done the exact opposite he did nothing to help us we didn’t even see a copy of the proposal before you send it to the bank and I pretty much felt like we got screwed

Was not helpful to us at all. Stated that he would take everything out two small property's were worth in legal fees knowing my mother was on 74 and on limited income and I'm 55 and disabled and on disability living inpoverty run down mobile homes with multiple repairs needed and all we needed was help in getting a lot sold in northeast and her lot and falling down mobile home in Midland. He stated it would take all the money in the sale of both so he could on help us unless it was a huge ranch land that would cover his fees. It was a very hurtful experience to even set at the table with him as he knew I was trying for help to get my 75 year old mother income to get her here in senior housing. Would not recommend the law firm after being treated as if we were lower standard than what that firm would help.

Do not ever use Mike Smith. I had the misfortune of hiring him back in December, and it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I had a custody case, in which I told him that they were going to try to make me out be this mean, abusive mother. That is completely untrue, by the way, and I spent several month working tirelessly to put together the evidence to prove otherwise. I had stacks of affidavits, character witnesses, videos, pictures, etc. Our case was held on December 14th, 2016, and I still can't get past how horribly he handled the case. Even after he said he would, he did not present one shred of evidence, nor did he pose any arguments against their accusations. I have been a great mother, and had several witnesses and evidence to back that up. But he presented nothing!!!! He did absolutely nothing!!! And I paid for that!!! If you love your kids and want to fight for what is right for them, do not ever, ever use this man!!!!
