First off me and my husband Henry want to say thank you to Brian from the bottom of our heart! (Thank you for trying to help us even if at first it didn't seem like there was light at the end of the tunnel.) I worked with Brian for an injury for my Son, all over the process, Brian did all his best to get my son's rights. He also fought to prevent any counter actions from the other party. My son's case was refused by one or two lawyers, though Brian accepted it and his performance and the outcome was much better than our expectations. Brian is also a nice person, who you will feel comfortable if you work with, also his staff is nice and professional. Brian knows what he is saying, so his recommendations and expectations about the measures taken by other party was always valuable.

I cannot say enough positive remarks regarding Mr Gutierrez, Claudia and team! I have used several attorneys over the years for my professional career for other matters and have always came away feeling I paid a lot of money for no results, and the system doesn’t work. With Mr Gutierrez, it was completely the opposite. He and his team worked tirelessly for over a year and took a pittance for his fee. It is Gods grace and favor that brought myself and Mr Gutierrez together. My case; I was rear ended at a stop light and the insurance company refused to pay for my medical bills. I had no choice but to sue them in court. I had two previous law firms working the case with no results. My Gutierrez accepted and filed my case on the last day that my statute of limitations was to expire. Mr Gutierrez then began the lawsuit, and negotiating with the insurance co. The insurance co continued to offer less than my bills. Mr Gutierrez always gave me my options and didn’t persuade me one way or another. I wanted to fight because the Ins co (Geico) was not fulfilling their obligations. So we held firm, and 2weeks before trial, Geico called and wanted to negotiate one last time for cheap. Mr Gutierrez held strong and ended up agreeing to enough to pay all my bills, fees and put $12k in my pocket! The nouns I would use to describe My Gutierrez are: Professional- Knows his business thoroughly and treats you with respect. Honest / Trustworthy - I would trust him with anything. He speaks nothing but truth and facts. Fighter- he will not give up, if you will wait it out, he will win, BIG! Fair- he took much much less fee than he was untitled and we contractually agreed to. He cares more that I was happy and satisfied than his businesses profits. I’m sure his cost to handle my case was 4x the fee he charged. Friend - This is Huge as a true friend is hard to find. He puts self last and cares for you! Defender - I felt that I was in good hands, protected, safe. This was one issue in my life that I knew would be handled as it should. I would have accepted any outcome knowing nothing else could have been done. Lawyers are plentiful as you have found on the web. Look no further, Mr Gutierrez and team are the BEST!!!! I guarantee you will be exponentially more than satisfied if you hire him to handle your case!!
