After receiving my citation I felt so lost, I did not know what to do next. Ms. Banks' legal advice and caring demeanor was extremely reassuring to me. When she entered the courtroom, her charisma demanded the attention of everybody present. I knew she would not let the prosecutor take advantage of my lack of judicial knowledge. I cannot imagine what the outcome would have been like without Ms. Banks at my side.
