I could not be happier with the experience I’ve had working with Jana Foreman. From the time I had my first consultation with her, to the final custody orders hearing 2 years later, she has always been a straight-shooter and consummate professional. As a man, people made many negative comments upon hearing that I wanted to pursue primary custody of my young son. In the eyes of everyday people, there was no way a man could win in family court, especially not in Texas! Rather than sell me a dream and take my money, Jana and I had real talks about the process and challenges I would face. I took her advice and documented everything in an organized way and paid close attention to detail in hopes that she’d be able to have the strongest case possible. From the very first temporary custody order to the final custody order, it took 2 years and boy did Jana deliver! Each time she proved to be very knowledgeable of family law and very clever in cross-examination. I’d like to also point out that she was the only attorney I worked with, while my son’s mother blew through 4. My family and I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Jana. We truly couldn’t have had a better attorney and will only work with her if I need to make changes. Please also note that Diane Goodman, her right hand, is also excellent!! Johnathan Robinson

Jana Foreman is very awful, rude and uncompationate. We recommended counseling for my fiance abusive ex, and she said it doesn't work She refused. Jana Foreman doesn't have your best interest at heart. Her mediation was rushed, because she had shopping plans with her family after. To top it off, she completely forgot to file for back child support losing her a couple thousand. Save your money and go elsewhere for your family sake.

I thought Jay Granberry was a good lawyer. And then I found the need to hire another lawyer and discovered that all Jay cares about is his money. He will not work for you. Hell, after you pay his fee you barely hear from him. You will call and leave messages, but wont get a returned phone call for weeks if not months. My case should have been dropped but his incompetency caused me to be stuck with the charges. I will be pursuing a new outcome with a new lawyer. Do not hire jay Granberry if you want real results. He's a typical lawyer. In it for himself only.

Jay Granberry is the best legal representation I have EVER had! He is attentive, reliable, and will work and fight for whatever you desire the outcome to be. In my case, which had prolonged enough, Mr. Granberry was able to take it back to trial and really set things straight with numerous amounts of FACTS against the legal system! I would definitely higher him again if I ever find myself in a rut!!!

Several years ago, Mr. Granberry assisted our son in a case that resulted from his combat PTSD. Mr. Granberry was very empathetic and provided excellent legal representation. He continued to advise and represent our son to the resolution of the case. Now, our son is in graduate school and has a bright future ahead of him, thanks in good part to Mr. Granberry's legal acumen and professionalism.

Robby stands apart from other lawyers in Brazos County. He is extremely knowledgable and handled my very difficult case excellently. My case was extremely lengthy (child custody case) Robby was there for me every time I had a question and answered every call no matter when or what time it was. He prepared me for every hearing. Mr. Neal is upfront and explained the legal process. I am extremely pleased with the way he handled my case. During hearings he fought tooth & nail for me. Mr. Neal's level of professionalism, knowledge and experience is beyond reproach. Hire Robby before the opposing party does, you definitely want him on your side!

Do not believe the fake 5 star reviews on Jay, they are spam advertisement and are replicated on his avvo account (which contains many other fake reviews). The reviews are blatant self-promotional paid ads. Take this from someone who has hired Jay Granberry as a lawyer and been burned by his lack of empathy for his clients. He will do the least amount of work for you to achieve a mediocre result. If you are ok with this, hire Jay.
