Mr. Grandberry was there to help me through the worst time in my life after my arrest. He got my charges dropped, and everything I was concerned about is not going to haunt my future. Without him, I do not think that I would have been able to keep going and graduate from college. I will be forever thankful.

Mr. Grandberry was there to help me in the blink of an eye. He helped me so much, and he was there to help whenever I needed to talk to him. Although it seemed like getting past everything I went through would be impossible, he made it easy, and I’ll always be grateful for that.

Jay Grandberry is the best lawyer my family could have ever asked for. When my husband Zachary and I were coming back from our honeymoon last month we had a connecting flight to Miami and of course had to go through customs. As we did my husband was stopped and falsely accused of having a felony warrant in the state of Texas then taken to Miami Dade TGK Correctional facility. Panicking alone in Miami International Airport at 11:00pm trying to figure out what had just happened I email Mr. Grandberry explaining the situation. The next morning he called me back and gathered all the information I had and was on his way to Burleson County, the county that put out the warrant for my Husband. He discovered that not only was my husband NEVER arrested in the state of Texas (or any other state) but the case was dismissed 6 weeks prior. He instantly had Burlson county send over forms to Miami stateting that my Husband was to be released. After being locked up for over 24hrs. I can’t thank Mr. Grandberry enough for his help in this situation and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

I could not be happier with the experience I’ve had working with Jana Foreman. From the time I had my first consultation with her, to the final custody orders hearing 2 years later, she has always been a straight-shooter and consummate professional. As a man, people made many negative comments upon hearing that I wanted to pursue primary custody of my young son. In the eyes of everyday people, there was no way a man could win in family court, especially not in Texas! Rather than sell me a dream and take my money, Jana and I had real talks about the process and challenges I would face. I took her advice and documented everything in an organized way and paid close attention to detail in hopes that she’d be able to have the strongest case possible. From the very first temporary custody order to the final custody order, it took 2 years and boy did Jana deliver! Each time she proved to be very knowledgeable of family law and very clever in cross-examination. I’d like to also point out that she was the only attorney I worked with, while my son’s mother blew through 4. My family and I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Jana. Jana Foreman is very awful, rude and uncompationate. We recommended counseling for my fiance abusive ex, and she said it doesn't work She refused. Jana Foreman doesn't have your best interest at heart. Her mediation was rushed, because she had shopping plans with her family after. To top it off, she completely forgot to file for back child support losing her a couple thousand. Save your money and go elsewhere for your family sake.

I was referred to Jay over 12 years ago due to a poor decision involving a firearm. As I quickly learned a good legal defense does not come instantly, but I was told from day one by Jay that this was a process and could take some time. I am not a patient person, and I am a very strong willed person. Jay took the time to explain all the details, good and bad there was no sugar coating, and I knew from the first time I met him that he was the one I needed on my side. He is not scared to go above and beyond and he truly works for you! Multiple times I wanted things question and he would say these are the way this could go one of two ways are you willing to accept the later of the two? And if my hard headed self said yes Jay would ask it at court, he is not scared to keep everyone happy on the other side. He works for you and only you! He has tons of courtroom experience and unlike other attorneys I consulted is willing to go above and beyond and not try to convince you to accept the first deal they offer you. I was offered many deals and accrued a extra misdemeanor charge by refusing a plea deal. None of which mattered in the end since they all got dismissed, thanks to a amazing legal defense! Jay is not a 9-5 Lawyer many times I had a question a 7pm on a Saturday and would get a response at least by text if not a phone call that very night! He is a busy man because he really cares about his cases and I don't feel I just hired a attorney I feel in my heart I gained a true Friend throughout the entire experience!
