I left a message at Mr. Phelps' office concerning my son being accused of academic misconduct at college. Within an hour of that call, Mr. Phelps personally returned my call. He consulted with my family for nearly two hours concerning the situation. Mr. Phelps tone and words were honest but reassuring. He was able to give us immeasurably valuable insight and advice that literally helped save my son's college future. My family cannot accurately express with words how much we appreciate his time and knowledge during a time when we felt helpless.
