I am so amazed by Riley Garrett and his firm secretaries everyone involved with my husband's case. Every time I call I was given information not one time did I call and I wasn't satisfied secretary always knew what was going on and Mr Garrett has called me to keep me up to date he even sit with me in the courtroom at one point. Robert and I prayed hard over his situation and when Mr Garrett got in the courtroom he did his job. Everything that we ask to happen happened. We did not have money for an attorney but Mr Riley Garrett got up there and fought for my husband I watched him do this with the district attorney. Reilly Garrett provided amazing service to our family. We had a situation that potentially required retaining a lawyer. In the end it wasn’t needed but Reilly provided great advice to our family on steps to take and helped put our mind at ease. I was arrested for DUI by the TAMU police department. Reilly was able to prove to the court. That there was no probable cause to arrest me. My charges were dropped. He was there for me the whole way through the process. From reducing my bond conditions. To winning my motion to suppress hearing. His unique knowledge for being a former police officer. The Shane Phelps Law Office were appointed to be my court appointed lawyer and did a thorough job working with the District Attorney to come to reasonable plea deal. The lady in the office also did a wonderful job passing my messages and arranging my private meetings with my lawyer.
