My daughter was a passenger in a very bad car wreck that included multiple totaled vehicles and multiple people with very serious injuries. Do you want an attorney who is slow, uncommunicative, and fails to live up to their even basic commitments? If so, Daniel Stark is for you! Bad communication, just left us hanging for a week without an update despite the ‘norm’ being same day response. Kept committing to getting back to us that day or the next, but no one ever did. The lies got seriously old. By the time they got back to us, we had an attorney, and thankfully we did because it simply wasn’t enough money for DS to take on. Why did math take so long? Their reputation seems to be pretty inflated. We ended up having to do paperwork ourselves while we waited, which is far from ideal especially given their whole ‘don’t sign anything’ spiel. The only thing you for sure shouldn’t sign is a contract with Daniel Stark. We called a competitor with a lower % rate and they took the case in under 10 minutes - so absolutely no excuse for them taking a week to deliver nothing at all. We had heard good things, but I’ll be advising people to go elsewhere in future as unfortunately the hype collapses when they’re actually asked to do their jobs.

Great people! Honest and get the job done!

Well all appeared to be well but things started to get a little shaky. I have lost 2 yrs of wages with pain and suffering. There were a lot of fees that were outrageous though I tried to be very proactive in the process. I was questioning some things that I felt was going to impact the amount of my claim therefore reducing my award. I would disclose figures to give perspective and proof of what it looks like that were unnecessary and what I consider junk fees which includes the 331/2% the attorney get from your settlement is ridiculous. So I did not when but the attorneys and medical and all there affiliates did. Let me give an example if your claim is say hypothetically 500k, and you get 180k. I thought my best interest was top priority. To get a figure afterwards I was in shocked when I saw what was a bunch of unnecessary fees and procedures. So make sure you go deeper into what are the costs before you agree. I called myself being on top of it. I was sold something called a life care plan that I thought was going to cover my injuries after settlement because further treatment I would need only to find out at the end it was no so this added a huge cost that didn't benefit me one bit because now that it is over and everyone got paid I am stuck with possibly getting additional treatments that will still come out of my pocket there is so much more I could say but it will take a while to prove my point.
