Justin and Kayleigh were absolutely phenomenal to work with from start to finish. The entire process took about a year and a half but it was absolutely worth it and they both fought so hard on my behalf. Throughout it all, their constant support and expertise helped me get through one of the most difficult periods of my life. Would 100% recommend this law firm to anyone who needs a dedicated team to have their back against insurance companies.

My experience at Daniel Stark.. where do I even begin? First and foremost, Myranda and Kate are beyond incredible. Being young and not really knowing much about the situation I was thrown into, Myranda took me under her wing with no hesitation and fought hard for me. For that I am forever indebted to her. Myranda has a way about her that just makes you feel like family. Both her and Kate were so great at staying on top of things and were always staying in touch with me about everything going on. My family and I got in an accident July 27, 2018, company van a tire coming off the left rear hit our car head on, which injured my family. My wife and older daughter had serious whiplash myself, had a severe whiplash, 7 bad discs, and 5 in my neck 2 in my lower lumbar. Thank God for a friend who referred Daniel Stark to us. I wouldn't be here today writing my review. Daniel Stark gave my family the very best ParaLegal Rebecca Hernandez, and I believe the very, very, best accident attorney. Glenn helped my wife and daughter get the medical attention and wellness they need along with a nice settlement. My care was more serious. Glenn sent my wife, daughter, and myself to Proactive Chiropractic in College Station, where Dr. Jason Allen treated all of us, He gave us excellent care. Glenn sent me to Dr. Ben Dudycha for steroid shots for my neck, shoulder, and back to relieve my severe pain I was in (BCS Pain Mgmt. College Station) Great doctor and staff. I still needed more treatment. I was not getting any better falling constantly due to my legs giving out and numbness all in my lower 1/2 of my body and rapidly creeping to my arms and fingers. Glenn sent me to a Neutosurgeon, I believe he is a top 3 Dr in Texas Dr. Sahni ( Capital Brain and Spine) Austin TX. After having the 2nd MRI, Dr. Sahni gave me the surgery and fixed my neck up perfectly. The surgery took extra time than normal due to how severe my neck was. The surgery I had was a Lastioplasty. I believe that's the name. it's a new procedure it saved my life. I could hardly walk to the prep room with my wife's help. I came out of the surgery walking out like I was 30. Glenn and his mediator Greg After 4 1/2 long years, my case was settled, and all my bills were paid medically along with my totaled car. Also, a monthly annuity that Glenn helped me get every month for 10 yrs. Would I recommend Daniel Stark? A that is a no Brainer hell, yeah. Glenn, Rebecca, Greg, and everyone else who worked so hard on my case. Thank you so very very much for helping me get the care that my family and myself needed and the settlements. You all are ROCKSTARS! I am blessed and so GRATEFUL to all of you. If you are looking for a team (family), I call them look no further.
