I could write a novel about Mr. Davis & his AMAZING paralegal team. This paralegal in particular, Cheyna Talley, reaches beyond the stars when representing you & your case. Her timely responses, professionalism, & compassion are all above average. The fact that you can contact her, just start talking about your case & she’s keeping up with everything as if she’s living her life as you without missing important (small) details is very impressive. Her honesty is appreciated. Cheyna didn’t make me feel like a dollar sign or paycheck to her, she made me feel like I mattered, that my kids & case truly mattered to her. If she didn’t know answers to my questions, she made sure to quickly find them out for me. That is very valuable. Jessica Garza’s blunt personality is a win with me, I need to know flat out about what’s happening. Jessica’s dedication & drive for what she does, what she’s capable of doing in a small amount of time blew my mind. I greatly appreciate her sacrificing her precious sleep for my case. Mr. Davis is a name that you do not want to ever hear as your opposing counsel. He is aggressive in the court room & knows every single law there is in the book. Rick and his associates worked very hard to max out our settlement with the insurance company. And he was able to cut the health insurance subrogation claim back substantially as well. He fights hard against the insurance companies who use every tactic to resolve claims at unreasonable figures. He also was able to get our case filed quickly to stop the two year statute of limitations from denying our case. Judge Davis gets results!

Although my case with Mr Davis was not very challenging, everything was handled very professionally and quickly. Most of my communication was with Ms Alicia Gannon and she was top notch. Honestly I hope I do not ever need a lawyer again, but if I do, I will give Mr Davis' office first call!!!
