Never will this man tire of doing what is right.

I cannot say enough positive things about Rick Davis & Associates. I will never be able to convey how grateful I am for their assistance and guidance during one of the most difficult times of my life. I will always be thankful for the personalized attention and compassion that I recieved, not only from Rick Davis but from Aaron, Alysha, and Nicole as well. It was a genuine pleasure to meet you and thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

From start to finish (arrest to dismissal) Rick and his team were up front and brutally honest (in a great way) with my son and I. My son felt wrongly arrested from the get go and Rick never made him feel otherwise. Once discovery was in possession of the team, suppression occurred and 2 weeks later the case was dismissed. Rick and his team went to the site and reenacted the reason why he was pulled over and proved that it was not a legit reason to be pulled over. Rick and his team were faithful to us and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs truth!!! Thank you to Rick and his group!!!

This law firm is Incredible the staff works very hard around the clock to make sure that all the I’s are dotted and all their T’s are crossed. This is the very first time my family an I had to really deal with a law firm that actually cares and make you feeling welcome they actually talk to you and not at you. Traci Diamond helped me through a divorce I had no idea was coming. I tried doing it myself, but soon realized I was in over my head. I called her and she fit me in her busy schedule and all my worries went away. She was able to get me what I wanted and needed in mediation! She is genuine and an excellent advocate for her clients. When I was finally referred to Rick Davis's offices, I was depressed and had just about lost hope. I contacted their offices and the young lady that answered the phone said someone would contact me within 15 minutes. many other offices in town had promised me the same thing and I never got a return call. But within 15 minutes I received a phone call and had an appointment at Rick Davis's offices. When I arrived I was introduced to mr. Davis and his associates. I explained to them the situation and immediately he put Traci Diamond on the case. By the time I returned to their offices on Monday morning Traci had already completed what would normally be about two weeks worth of work, in a number of hours. She not only got me exactly what I wanted but she saved me from dealing directly with my ex-husband on many matters. She had all of my possible charges dropped and had charges filed against the petitioner.
