Very informative and take time to explain options that are in your best interest

I must say this has been the best experience I had. The moment I met Brian I felt like I was in a safe environment. He didn't try to push anything on to me. He told me how it was going to be. Any questions I had before hiring Brian was answered. His staff as well was very helpful and fast responding. Being in the military is hard to trust people. But he made me always feel like I had someone to call if anything was needed from him. I recommend him to everyone now. Hopefully you'll never need someone. But if you are in a accident definitely call him. Thank you Brian.

Before going to Mr.Gutierrez I worked or consulted with other attorney’s and none were able or willing to help me. All while knowing the history of the case he took a leap of faith and accepted to help me. He was very upfront and honest about the odds, but in that same conversation made me feel confident that he was going to do all in his ability to bring some justice to our family. I can’t say enough about how kind, attentive and caring he & his staff were through out the whole process. Many times they called just to see if we were ok. For instance when we had the freeze situation, in the middle of the situations they them selves we’re trying to address they took the time to check on us. These situations can be overwhelming and hard to know who to trust, but I can honestly say if you are ever in need of this type of assistance I would 100% recommend Mr.Gutierrez & his staff. I strongly believe they have your best interest in mind not just their own.
