I would like to share my experience with Daniel Stark Law. The team was very professional and responsive throughout the lengthy legal process. Their experience helped guide me through the process and kept me on track to maximize the outcome. They kept me informed every step of the way. I’m glad I chose them to help me through this difficult process. I would recommend them for any legal issues you may have.

Everyone that is associated with Daniel Stark Law Offices were very professional with all of the handling of the auto accident that myself & my husband was in. I didn’t want to handle all the paperwork that is required from insurance companies so I call Daniel Stark they sent someone out to our house to help us get started. They took very good care of us and they were informative at every step of the process. We very highly recommend this company to handle any accident that we may ever be subjected to again. Because the entire process with this firm was professional and stress free. And may I add they were able to obtain us a handsome settlement. Thanks to the entire staff!

I will not give business to this firm in the future if I am ever in need of PIL again. My son(18) at the time was involved in an accident which no fault was claimed on him. I knew there would be several dollars in medical bills because he was sent to a chiropractor. I allowed him to file a PIP claim on my insurance to help with medical costs. I pay a premium for this service every month so why not utilize it for what it's meant for. I find out 7 months later the attorney(Tammy M. Eick) took fees off of the PIP payment my insurance paid. I was never informed fees would be taken(nor have I heard of an attorney taking fees) from a PIP payment. The payment is the result of the insurers monthly premium package. When I requested to speak to the attorney she told me fees are collected from any money we recover for the settlement. I then told her the PIP is not part of the settlement that is a payment received because I allowed my son to file claim. Why is he being penalize for a payment he would have received without any of your assistance. She then went on to say do you know how may hours I was on the phone trying to lower his medical bills and to reach a settlement amount. Well correct me if I am wrong is that not what the attorney is for? After looking at his settlement worksheet she onky had his medical bills lowered by $1500 dollars, but took 38.3% of his PIP payments which was substantially higher than the amount she had his medical bills lowered by. I was represented 3 years ago by a firm not based in Waco or close to Waco and they used my PIP payment for my medical bills months before a settlement agreement was even reached. If I had known this firm takes a fee of of PIP payments from you I would not have used them.

I believe that Chris Carter and Steph are tremendous to work with. Being in law enforcement it was very hard to find the perfect timing to be able to do certain things, but these two really made things easy. I loved the time spent with them and the resolution reached at the conclusion of my process

Cindy Buntz was very helpful and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Michael Bristow was also great. Would highly recommend this firm.

I never thought I would need an injury lawyer but when the time unfortunately came, Glenn and Heather made my experience the best it could possibly be. They were professional, kind, and consistent on updating me throughout my case. My case had ups and downs and they did their best to make sure I was taken care of like a family friend. If you're questioning whether to use their their services, take my advice and use them!
