In the beginning getting in touch with my attorney was extremely frustrating. I called and left messages at every single B&G Phone number I could find. Either the phone wasn't answered or the answering service was reached and/or messages were left with half a dozen people without a return call. Changing attorneys mid stream several times was beyond Ms. Kim Wyatts control and I'm sure frustrating for everyone involved but once my case was transferred back to her everything seemed to get back on track and run smoothly from my perspective anyway. Ms. Wyatt was very personable. Getting to know a little bit about her and her love for her animals was a huge plus. She kept me up to date on the events of my case, made positive suggestions regarding the course of action and we won!
