The process of researching and selecting a lawyer for divorce is a difficult and anxious experience. At the end of the initial consultation I knew I found the lawyer that I wanted to represent me and the custody of my kids. Micheal’s experience and knowledge in the initial consultation ultimately made the decision easy. At the forefront was the safety and well being of the kids. Due to the mental health and other issues of my ex, Micheal was able to guide the process based on experience and knowledge with many examples that clearly demonstrated the “why’s” of how we setup the custody orders. Some of the examples were hard to listen to, but he explained the cold hard truth in a compassionate way. That’s the second reason I have high praise for Micheal. I knew this had to happen, especially for the safety of the kids. This process was painful, but his determination, knowledge of the issues in my situation, his knowledge of the law, and compassion made him the right lawyer for me!

I contacted Michael after talking to several other attorneys from Fort Worth. He was much more affordable and he was always available throughout the process. He was knowledgeable and I felt like he represented me well while also being realistic about the process and what to expect. My wife and I met with Michael to establish Estate documents for both of us (Will, Power of Attorney, and Directive to Physicians) to better plan for our future and children. We met with him for an initial consult to discuss our needs and what we were wanting – he then advised on what types of legal documents would be best suited for our needs, and even suggested a few other types of legal documents that we had not thought of but ended up having him draft for us. During our consult he answered all of our numerous questions, and was very professional and approachable. At the conclusion of the consult, my wife and I both agreed that we would have him draft and establish our Estate documents. A short time later, he emailed us the Estate documents for our review and a chance to ask clarifying questions. After our review, we met back with him in person to go over our final questions we wanted to dialogue on, and then we signed all of the documents. We received both electronic and paper copies of our Estate documents, and the paper copies were organized and presented in a very professional manner for review and storage. Michael and his team made the entire process for my wife and I simple, professional, and easy to understand. We are extremely happy with his service and will recommend him to anyone looking for Estate planning services as well as other legal services he provides. Thank you, Michael, and team!

Michael did a great job of guiding me through a probate process and now has prepared wills and other documents for my wife and me. He makes the wheels of the legal system turn smoothly and makes sure there are no unnecessary delays. In my opinion, no one could do it better than Michael.
