She never got records I told her to request, follow through was non-existent but she was sure to bill for every text, even if she didn't answer. She didn't pursue opportunities to further my position and dismissed when I asked about points that could have ended the case before it even started. She is just as guilt of violating my constitutional rights as the rest of the "officials" involved with my case.

It can be pretty scary when you have a CPS case. Natalie and her team of professionals put my mind at ease.
