Tim helped my son when he was in a very serious accident in April 2020. Thank God for Tim! I don't know how we would have dealt with this without him. He was very professional, helpful, caring and efficient from beginning to end! Tim definitely made a horrible situation much more bearable. I highly recommend Tim! Because of Tim, we were able to focus on my son's healing rather than the "business" side of this horrible situation. Thank you, Tim!

I feel fortunate that I was referred to the Law Offices Of Tim O'Hare. The attorneys and staff are great. I was impressed by their compassion and professionalism. The attorneys are knowledgeable and thorough. This was my first lawsuit, and I really appreciated the support and care they showed to my case, and the time they took to explain each part of the legal process to me so I could understand it. I visited Tim O'Hare's office yesterday and was impressed with the upkeep of the building. They've given a beautiful face-lift to an iconic downtown Carrollton landmark hardware store and turned it into a gorgeous law office. The staff was professional and courteous and kept me informed while I waited to see Mr O'Hare about my daughter's accident. When we met, he was very knowledgeable and we discussed several options about next steps. I would have zero reservation about recommending Tim to anyone.

Tim O'Hare was recommended to me by a coworker and I was so glad I met with them. They were down to earth and made me feel confident in my decision to use them. I loved that when I went in to meet with David Koch, Tim would pop in to say hi and talk. When visiting their office they never kept me waiting and answered all my questions. I would and will highly recommend them.

I was involved in an accident back in September with a young lady who was not a licensed driver, still in drivers ed, and there was no licensed driver in the car with her. I was so unsure how to handle this situation so I called Tim's office without hesitation. They answered any and all questions I had regarding the process with the other party who we later found out did not have insurance. Tim and his whole staff made this process so easy for me. I would 110% recommend them to anyone who's been involved in an accident!

Last year my son was hit by a car on his way to school. You can only imagine all the medical bills I started to get. Tim and his group help us on getting the max amount of money from the insurance to pay all the hospital bills. We even have extra money for My son to yo to college. Tim and his team (Martha, Dustin) cared about his health, and always treated us with so much respect. Always communicated the process with the insurance. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE AMAZING JOB
