Working with Mr. Hartley and his firm was such a great experience and a relief in a not so enjoyable time. He helped settle a car accident case and dog bite case quickly and efficiently! He provided great advice and lots of communication throughout the process. I have encouraged everyone I know to call Hartley Law Firm immediately if they are ever in a car accident or situation. Austin went ABOVE and beyond for me. His staff is always very friendly! My case in particular had a little more hurdles to get through but Austin used all of his resources and was able to get the job done while keeping me up to date along the way. I would highly recommend this law firm, hopefully I won’t need to but if ever needed again, I will absolutely reach out to Austin for help.

Very slow response

Austin was great and helped me through the process, the doctors, therapists, and helped take care of the complex billing challenges associated with the accident. Additionally, Austin was a real advocate for me with the 2 different insurance companies and made me feel like I mattered. I'm satisfied with the outcome and have already recommended Austin to a co-worker.

I first spoke to Attorney Austin Hartley as a witness for someone else. He was so kind and informative that I made the decision of if I ever needed an attorney he would be the one to call. Well shortly afterwards I was rear ended and I needed his assistance. Att Hartley was very professional and at the same time his was very compassionate, resourceful, informative and most of all honest. He stayed in touch with me during the entire process. I cannot thank Austin and his team (thanks Sara!) enough! We are still finalizing details, but thus far working with the Hartley Law Firm has been great. I was in a really bad car wreck where the other party’s insurance accepted fault quickly. Because I was injured so badly, I needed extensive treatment. The longer the treatments went, the more difficult it was to work with the insurance company. Austin came in and made me feel really confident and supported in getting the treatment that I needed. I never needed to talk with the insurance company again—he made everything very simple. I got the procedures that I needed and the physical therapy as well. Austin was able to settle with the insurance company and get my medical needs met. The communication was great—he and Sara were there every step of the way. They were diligent, quick and efficient and helped guide me through the process—even during this COVID time. As things settle I’ll add to the review but so far 5+ stars!

Although you don’t ever want to have to need a lawyer, some circumstances require it. Hartley Law made my situation stress free and was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
