I would definitely recommend Fonda Fitzgerald, I started out, trying to do the legal work myself online, and then I went to an online only attorney and they left me worse than before . By now a year had passed and a whole lot of my finances thrown at this. Fonda Fitzgerald was recommended to me, and I’m so grateful for her help. She definitely set everything straight and finished everything that I needed to have done in a very reasonable amount of time.

Absolutely a champion and the best man you want in your corner! Not only will he fight for you but his professionalism is outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone that would need his legal services!

My name is Will P. and I write this endorsement for Fonda G. Fitzgerald because she did a great job on my divorce. I'm retired military medically disabled and got Fonda's contact information from a professor at my local Community College where I was taking some classes. Fonda's legal knowledge was outstanding ! She had me believing that the divorce process was SIMPLE--- which thanks to her it was. Initially, my ex-wife and I had considered trying to do the divorce ourselves....... but then I found out all the work that went into it, and the very many mistakes we could have made. I had a consultation with Fonda about the divorce process and the cost of having her do my divorce. I thought the cost of an attorney handling my divorce was going to be more than I would be able afford, but due to my situation (military medically disabled), she was willing to work with me. By work with me, I don't mean halfway either. I had to come up with the down payment (retainer fee) and she let me pay out the balance on a fee schedule that I could not only afford, but ON MY TIME TABLE TOO. The divorce process is complicated, but she broke it down into terms that I understood without talking down to me. She made me feel comfortable asking questions and having her explain things until I did understand them. She even helped me reach agreement with my ex-wife so that the divorce process was better for everybody. Fonda listened to me when I said I did not want to punish my ex-wife and that I wanted to do the divorce right-- she did not make a mountain out of a mole hill. So many people that are out there are out to just make a buck--- well, being that I live on my military disability alone, I can't afford for that to happen. I myself am a future law student if things go right for me, and I can promise you that the kindness and compassion that Fonda showed will be paid forward from me, once I pass the bar. I'm so glad I found Fonda, not only to help with my divorce, but to change over all my legal needs, i.e. my Will, the trust fund for my son, all of my estate needs ! In 2006, I hired another attorney to help me with my divorce (not Ms. Fitzgerald). Two years after my divorce was supposedly finalized, I came to find out that the initial attorney who I had hired to do my divorce had been disbarred for several years and was practicing illegally. After much research, it was discovered that my "ex-husband" and I were not divorced at all, and we had lost quite a bit of money to the first attorney. Logically, this left me feeling leery and uneasy about hiring a new attorney. A good friend suggested Attorney Fonda Fitzgerald to help me rectify my situation. Fonda made me feel at ease and comfortable in hiring her to represent me in my divorce. I found working with Fonda was incredibly easy, her rates are affordable, and she personally called to inform me of any new developments with my case. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of legal services. Fonda is honest, compassionate, and keeps her clients' best interest at heart. I met Ms. Fitzgerald when she was President of the Carrollton Business and Professional Women's Club during a time when my mother's health began failing. Ms. Fitzgerald's demeanor with my frail mother, who had never been to an attorney to discuss estate planning documents, was especially appreciated. Ms. Fitzgerald drafted the necessary estate planning documents my mother needed at a time that was emotionally devastating for me. Little did I know how many times during the next seven years we would come to rely upon these documents during my mother's frequent hospitalizations and her years as a resident in a nursing home. The documents were especially helpful during all of the decisions that had to be made concerning my mother's heart attack, broken hip, special medications, and end of life decisions. I had all the documents that I needed, and I was able to make the decisions my mother desired. Also, when my mother died, Ms. Fitzgerald did not put me through any unnecessary formal and costly probate procedures just to boost her attorney's fees. We were able to keep it simple, and I am so grateful that Ms. Fitzgerald was my attorney during this grief-stricken time in my life. Her advice concerning my mother's outstanding debts was particularly helpful. Of course, my own documents were last drafted by Ms. Fitzgerald one year ago and my experience has been equally as good. Fonda Fitzgerald is more than a good attorney. She is a knowledgeable and highly ethical attorney that kept me informed and was responsive to all my questions. Ms. Fitzgerald also seems to have a calling to be of real help and real service to her clients, both emotionally and financially, when it is difficult for a client to think straight.
