While divorce isn't the answer for every relationship problem, it does sadly become the answer for some. I wish I had met and known Fonda under different circumstances. While my divorce was my own and unique to me, I understand that it was fairly common in the general sense. However, Fonda's level of professionalism and devotion to my case was beyond expectations. She listened to me and counseled with me with reason, logic and respect. She heard my concerns, my fears, my heartache as I watched my life unravel before me. When I was heated and felt like I was being unjustly treated, she was there to fight back for me as well as help me see the bigger picture - my family. Fonda is an incredible lawyer, who showed loyalty and knowledge to help me get through my case. She stuck by me even when I was ready to give up. I am forever thankful and grateful for Fonda as she has been an incredible lawyer and an outstanding woman. Thank you for everything.

Fonda sat with my wife and I and helped us through all of the questions and paperwork surrounding get our wills and living wills updated to this century. She outlined all of the tricky points of law in the paperwork for us so that we could go and talk about it together and decide just what we wanted to do. The nice part of about this is that she didn't have to charge us as we discussed it in her office. She gave us a price up front and stuck to it. She helped answer all of our questions and was quick to respond by phone or email when we needed additional information. Not only would I recommend her to other people, I have done so when others have needed legal assistance.

Mine was a simple no contest divorce with no debts, no accounts to split, no real estate to divide, everything agreed upon wrt the child, no back and forth with the other lawyer. She took several months just to draft the divorce agreement. She would call me telling me she wants me to be clear about the process, then keep me on the phone for an hour going over everything she was going to do. Then she would wait a couple of weeks, doing absolutely nothing. I would email inquiring when the draft would be ready. She would call me back spending an hour insisting that I hear about the process, rinse and repeat. I thought it would be done in under 3 k, she dragged it out and charged me close to 10 k!
