Austin and his assistant Sara have been wonderful throughout over 2+ year process with suing my contractor. He did not start out as my attorney I actually signed up for my legal benefits when enrollment opened and found him. He is professional, no nonsense and direct which is great for me. He also does not nickel and dime you for every call and email you have with him. Also I like that when it comes to making decisions about my case we talk strategy pros and cons. I due trust his judgement and we come to a decision together. I would hire him again to handle any civil matter and hopefully I won't have to do it ever again.

Austin Hartley is one in a Million. I was told my case couldn’t be proved by many attorneys and after 6 months I gave up. 11 months and 3 surgeries after my accident I made one more call and was connected to Austin. One of the best connections I’ve ever made and I consider myself very lucky. He took my case always kept in touch and informed and got me a very good settlement. Austin and Sara where both very professional.. My case was a slip and fall. He was able to handle it out of court too. When i requested information or ask a question. He responded quickly.. Most cases same day. Which is very hard to have attorneys answer quickly now days. Would highly recommend him to friends and family.
