Mr. Powell has been very knowledgeable and helpful with us. His approach of clients first is refreshing. He did provide his attorney rates and offered to help us if we so desired, but he didn't badger us about retaining his services like most attorneys tend to do.
We will be retaining his services in the near future.

The answer I was given, gave me a better idea on what I may end up doing. For now I will definitely be reaching out to a lawyer who deals with immigration and find out my best options.

Mr. Powell is a rarity for attorneys. He's a nice person who also fights hard in court when it is necessary. My case started out to be agreed, but it deteriorated into an intense fight. Joe was professional and very responsive.
