I had never been in an accident in 30 years on this earth until August 5th, that landed me in the ER with bodily injuries from head to toe! I was blessed by God two times that day! For surviving the accident and for this GREAT law firm being right next door to the hospital. They made me comfortable from day one and I have not feared a thing about compensation since my very first face to face conversation with the team. I want to give an enormous thank you and a massive commendation to everyone who played a part in resolving my claim here at this firm. I was t-boned two years ago off the service road by someone coming from the underpass while on my way to work. went from a normal morning like any other to a life threatening situation in a matter of seconds. easily one of the scariest moments of my life having no time to think about anything other than where I will land after being struck. saved by what I can only believe to be a force greater than myself I walked away virtually unscathed. my boyfriend rushed to come get me and we went to the hospital and I was able to go home after lots of testing. at the time that was the good news. then everything went south. I lost my car which was considered totaled and I barely got any money in return for it. I did not have enough money saved to immediately buy a new one and the rental was only mine for two weeks so I was without a ride for a long time. I was scolded at work for taking time off to recover and then I lost my job because I constantly needed to leave early to see my doctor for treatment. so I lost my car, my job, my income. then I struggled to negotiate with the adjuster to get a fair amount in damages and lost wages. one thing after another and I thought things would never get better... until I decided to hire this law firm. everything changed for the better after that. I no longer dealt with the adjuster directly. they handled everything from there.. I never had to think about my claim. I could sleep at night knowing it was being taken care of. the paralegal was beyond professional and courteous and maintained constant communication with me throughout the entire ordeal. they drafted everything I needed when starting and finishing the claim. they kept up with all my medical records and billing statements that were required for the case. I even got to speak with the attorney on multiple occasions and I received exceptional feedback and care from him. he made it crystal clear that his top priority was not settling for less than I deserve - even if that meant the case would be active for an extensive period of time. when I asked the hard questions he spoke in a respectful way that allowed me to put my full confidence in him and his team and he did not let me down. I walked away with exactly the compensation we were hoping for and once the settlement was decided it only took a matter of days to sign the paperwork, finalize the documents, and receive my check. I have never been more impressed by a law firm and how poised they were as a whole. I put my trust in this firm once and I would do it again in a heartbeat. If you are a victim of a car accident with zero experience using an attorney, I highly and strongly recommend using this firm over any other. you will walk away with an overwhelming amount of gratitude and a level of appreciation for an attorney that you never thought you would have. their service is unmatched and I hold them in the highest regard. 11/10
