Kim is an awesome attorney. I contacted her to represent me in a divorce just as the pandemic went into full lockdown. But she managed to get everything needed to file for the divorce and honestly, she made the entire process simple and stress free! I couldn’t be more satisfied with her services. I was in a tuff custody battle, I know I was at fault on things that would haunt me but Kimberly turned my negative into positive, I went through numerous attorneys I didn't like their response! After Kimberly's response I knew she was good! All CDL drivers there is still somebody out here fighting for our rights as a driver. I was instructed there wasnt anything i could do by me being a CDL driver and getting a simple traffic violation. I had no hope of beating this and didnt know what to do. It wasnt until i met Mrs. Kimberly Pinkerton that i had a chance of beating this. Mrs. Pinkerton was very professional and did everything in her power to help me. She was able to get this minor traffic voilation deffered off my record when everyone else told me it wasnt possible. I would recommend her to all CDL drivers that are seeking legal representation.

Kimberly goes way above and beyond!! She is awesome on family law, real estate and criminal law including Probate cases. I had family use her for different cases due to my experience with her firm!! If you need help with any type of legal matter don't hestite to contact her!!! I see different reviews that say negative things but there's always 2 sides to the story. During our consultation, I explicitly told her that my husband was going to contest the divorce and it would get nasty. I was very thorough with the info I provided her and I paid her upfront in cash. During the 60 day waiting period SHE NEVER FILED THE TEMPORARY ORDERS, which made life a living hell for me and the kids because he refused to leave the home and harassed me every day. It got so bad, I had to move a family member in the house. I kept asking her when was the hearing and she kept telling me it should be any day now. After 4 months, I had another attorney look into it and they told me nothing had been filed. When I told Kimberly, she apologized and said the e-file system must have been acting up. On top of that, it took a YEAR to get a refund. I basically had to threaten to report her to the Board.

Kim made the worst experience the best experience she was very attention to my needs and wants she fought very hard and really made me feel like I was family...I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication it was worth every penny p.s. I wouldn't use any other lawyer because now I have a lawyer that genuinely cares and makes your issue her issue...
