If you need a miracle Mark Carroll can help you. Grandparents rights are hard to get awarded but Mr. Carroll did an excellent job and we now have the right to see our grandson while our son is in jail. Our case was presented to the judge by Mr. Carroll. He kept us informed of the process and answered all of our questions. He's sensitive to the situation. He has the best interest of all involved in mind at all times.
