My husband and I went to The Law Offices of Joshua P. Murray to start the adoption process with one of their lawyers, Katy Lovett. I just wanted to let anyone know who is looking for a respectable and reputable firm, this is it. It was refreshing that this firm is highly respected by the judicial system in this area. We had so much confidence and ease throughout the whole process knowing our lawyer was respected and her opinion and knowledge carried weight with the judges. We were impressed with how quickly and easily everything moved along. After we left the office the first day, we received an email from Ms. Lovett within a few hours that she already had set up meetings with people we needed to connect with and had paper work together. Everything we needed to be aware of was discussed the first day we walked in and it was shared on a personable level that was not intimidating or hard to understand. Every email, call or meeting from there on out was prompt and easy. We literally did not worry about a single thing. Seems crazy but everything was made to be such an effortless process with no headaches, hang ups or confusion. We were catered to throughout the whole process and felt heard. We never felt like we were just another person or we were dollar signs waiting to be cashed in. It was actually a pleasant experience the whole way through.

I contacted Matthew Shanks after receiving a Class B misdemeanor for a DWLI. It was the worst thing that has ever happened to me! Matthew took the time to explain why and how this happened (I was SHOCKED).... I explained to him and that I was pending an official job offer and this was going to keep me from getting the job. The very next morning, Matthew went to the court house to get my case dismissed. He immediately emailed me a copy of the dismissal to present to the employer just in case they needed it. He also mailed a formal copy. He held my hand throughout the whole process and provided quick and seamless service. He also worked out a great payment plan. I highly recommend contacting him for any legal help.
